Features

Vertical positioning method Because workpiece is vertically assembled and welded, safe working process can be guaranteed with exceptional tack welding quality regardless of heavy or light workpiece.
Wide application
This equipment is capable of assembling and welding multiple beams from general built-up beam to optional PEB and Camber beam with various sizes and shapes.
User-friendly operation
Any special skill or technique is not required to operate the equipment; it can be easily handled by pressing the push buttons or the mono levers on the operation panel. Furthermore, image label of each mono lever switch add more convenience in handling the machine.
Reference productivity
In case of 10m beam plate, working time of 30 minutes or less is needed including material setting(assembling) time, tack welding time and crane travelling time for material preparation.
